Rather than replicate the look of Formula E's official live broadcast, the brief called for a distinct visual identity. Something that felt energetic and inline with previous Senor Frogs’ videos . My work spanned the full suite of broadcast style UI: Point-scoring graphics, chase and gap-timer overlays, team radio call-outs — alongside transition sequences and explainer graphics that carried the pace and energy of the edit between segments.
A key focus was accessibility. Building progression maps and guided visual explainers so viewers with no prior knowledge of Formula E or motorsport could follow the format, understand the scoring, and stay oriented throughout. The goal was to make elite motorsport feel approachable without losing any of its intensity and keep clarity throughout the complex event format. The result is a cohesive, broadcast-quality graphics system that balances information density with clarity.
A special thanks to everyone who worked on the project across the live event and post-production. Formula E, Arcade, Dan Howe, Fin&Finn, Harry Frampton, Kian Gravelis.
